I am looking for a reputable site to host my portfolio. It should be free or very cheap, and can be a blog website (or something similar). The main point is that I should be able to upload large .exe files (about 100 – 200 MB total) and the site must be reputable and professional.

Ive read a feeeew bad reviews online, but I feel like they cant be trusted.
I am starting a website, and looking for a host. I found these 3, and they all seem too good to be true:
http://www.StartLogic.com : Unlimited Bandwidth, Unlimited Space, Free domain. 5 bucks a month.
These places have similar deals:

That just seems extremely cheap. Looking elsewhere, its more like a month for limited bandwidth and space.
Is there a catch? Are these sites reliable?
I haven’t bought webspace in a long time, so I am a bit lost. But, I just don’t understand how these are so cheap/why everyone doesn’t use them.
